Overview
Simple NPC does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app functions entirely on your device. No account is required. No data leaves your phone.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Personal information of any kind
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Device identifiers
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Any content you generate within the app
Local Storage
NPCs you save are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults and local app storage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Two One Nine, LLC or any third party. If you delete the app, this data is permanently deleted.
In-App Purchases
Simple NPC offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Two One Nine, LLC does not handle, store, or have access to any payment information. All purchase transactions are governed by Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Third-Party Services
Simple NPC does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. There are no SDKs from third parties embedded in the app beyond Apple's standard frameworks.
Advertising
Simple NPC contains no advertising of any kind.
Children's Privacy
Simple NPC does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. As the app collects no personal data from any user, it is safe for use by all ages in accordance with the app's age rating on the App Store.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Given that no data is collected, material changes to this policy are unlikely.
