Q: I signed up for the newsletter, where is my 15% off!?
A: The single-use, 15% off coupon will be emailed to you once you sign up for our newsletter. If you didn't receive it, please check your spam folder and any organizational tabs, such as promotions and social tabs. If the email got sent to spam, please mark it as "not spam" so our emails don't go to your spam box again. Thank you!
Q: How do I contact you?
A: Use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the home page.
Q: Should I buy your products on Etsy or this website?
A: While we do run a successful shop over on Etsy.com/shop/thecrookedtavern, we prefer you order through this website, as Etsy takes increasingly large commissions. That being said, shop wherever you feel most comfortable!
Q: Can I cancel or make a change to my order?
A: Yes! Please contact us before the item ships. Once the item has shipped, we can not cancel or change the items or shipping address. We do not give out refunds for lost mail due to incorrect, customer-entered shipping information.
Q: Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?A: Yes! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your name and order number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received.
Q: My item arrived damaged! Now what!?A: We strive to have the best quality control possible. However, sometimes damaged items make it through the cracks or items can get damaged in transit. Contact us with your name and order number and a picture of the flaw. We will make it right.
Q: Do you ship internationally?A: Yes. See "shipping information" link at bottom of store for a current list of countries we DO NOT ship to.
Q: When will my order ship?A: Orders typically ship within 3 business days (M-F). Sometimes our processing time might be a little longer due to various factors out of our control. See "shipping information" link at the bottom of the home page for more info.
Q: Can I sign up for new product or sale alerts?A: Absolutely! Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the home screen or when you check out.
Q: Do you provide local pick up?A: Unfortunately, no we do not. Everything must be shipping.
Q: Do you do any custom orders?A: No. Not at this time.
Q: Do you provide wholesale discounts?A: No. Not at this time.
Q: Do you give discounts for large orders?A: On a case by case basis. Please contact me for orders over 20+ dice sets.
Q: Where are you located?A: Our warehouse is located in Florida, United States. We ship from our warehouse. We do not have a brick and mortar storefront. Everything must be shipped.
Q: Where are your products made?A: We work with a wide range of manufacturers to stock our retail products, including manufacturers in Poland, China, Hong Kong, etc. We also design many exclusive items in-house, and then have them manufactured in mass for our online retail store.
